Our company is comprised of two local families and two generations who are joined together by the same mission of supporting our customers with naturally fresh, kettle cooked foods for retail and food service operations. Our team collaborates in person on a daily basis to assure our mission has been served with each and every product we make.

WHAT WE DO

Handcrafted for a Reason.

Think of us as your own private commissary for fresh kettle cooked foods, like soups, chilies, stews, sauces, gravies, marinades, sides and pasta sauce entrees! Choose from our published line of fresh, ready to serve products, select recipes from our vast recipe library, or have us create a recipe just for you. We have the capabilities to package for retail in multiple size options as well as bulk/foodservice. Proprietary recipe development and custom manufacturing are our specialties. We also provide private label options. Our low minimums allow our customers more flexibility with their menus.

Old School meets New School.

With over 30 years of experience in fresh food manufacturing, we understand the intricate and delicate balance of taking a recipe and producing it on a grand scale while still maintaining the recipe’s integrity. Under the leadership of Shane Hendren, we are creating numerous recipes specifically for our customers to call their very own. Proprietary recipe development and custom manufacturing are our specialties. In addition to preparing favorite kettle recipes of time honor classics, Shane and his team have a passion for innovative flavor combinations and creating avant-garde recipes.

We will miss the twinkle in your eye, the smile on your face, and the laughter in your voice. You embodied what it meant to make food with love. This was apparent by the many delicious meals you prepared for your family and friends and the numerous recipes you created for your hundreds of customers throughout the years.
